THUPTEN NINGEE (Thupten Nyinjey, 1922-80 er Jahre, auch bekannt als Thupten Ningee, Phechö Thubten Nyinchen und Phechoe Thupten Nyinchen) tibetischer Mönch und Politiker, von 1966 bis 1972 war er amtierender Vertreter im Büro des Dalai Lama in Neu-Delhi. Anschließend war er von 1972 bis 1973 Assistent des Vertreters in Delhi. Am 6. Februar 1974 wurde er zum Minister (Kalön) im Bildungsministerium ernannt. Von 1975 bis 1980 war er außerdem Minister des Ministeriums für Religion und Kultur. / tibetan monk and politican.

He was a cabinet minister in the Government of India and held several constitutional positions over a period of 37 years.
